Service Operations Officer in Investment Product Services

We are looking for a Service Operations Officer to Investment Product Trading Services. This is a chance to be a part of a lively cross-border team collaborating with many internal stakeholders inside Nordea. The position gives the opportunity to work with the entire lifecycle of investment funds and deepen your knowledge within savings products in the Nordic countries.

About this opportunity

In this role you will join a dynamic cross-border team within Investment Product Services, where you will be an important collaborator in the core of the trading flow of investment funds. Our mission is to control and execute the order- and cash flows, ensuring well settlement of the trades. Problem solving is a vital part of the work and we constantly search to improve our operational processes, with the ambition to continuously deliver even better experience for our customers. To do so we collaborate closely with our IT-department, Asset Management and Product Management, taking an active part by adding new requirements and finding new solutions. The customers are both professional and non-professional clients who want to invest in Nordea’s different Nordic investment products and services.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure that the processes in scope are executed in a timely manner with high quality, working individually and in vast collaboration with others
• Problem solving, finding new solutions to improve the customer experience and our own efficiency
• Drive or take part in projects for change where your specialised knowledge will be highly valued

The role is a fixed-term contract with a possibility to become permanent and will be based in Stockholm.

• Interested in investment funds, experience within the area is meritorious
• Good communication skills in English, both verbally and written
• A strong team player with flexible and open mind-set
• Having strong analytical skills and like problem solving
• Enjoy taking proactive ownership and grow in responsibility
• Thrive in dynamic and changing environment
• Excel and macro knowledge will be valuable
