Business Development Manager (African)20-25KCNY/月苏州、南通社招全职本科及以上5-7 年职位描述1.Identify and develop potential customers and project opportunities in the African commercial and industrial energy storage market. 2.Participate in creating market strategies and promote the company’s C&I energy storage products in target markets. 3.Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share. 4.Manage the entire sales process, including client acquisition, needs analysis, solution presentations, quoting, negotiations, and contract closure. 5.Build and maintain long-term partnerships with commercial and industrial clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. 6.Communicate regularly with clients, offering technical and business support to ensure customer satisfaction. 7.Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, Product Team, etc.) to ensure a smooth business distribution. 8.Stay informed on industry trends, policy changes, and competitor activities, providing market analysis and recommendations to support company strategy. 9.Collect and analyze market feedback to help the company improve products and services. 10.Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility. 11.Actively engage with potential customers, showcasing the company’s product and technology advantages职位要求1.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Renewable Energy, Engineering, Electrical Systems, or a related field preferred. 2.Minimum 3 years of sales experience in commercial and industrial energy storage, renewable energy, or the power industry. 3.Familiarity with the African market, relevant regulations, and policies. 4.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to solve complex business challenges. 5.Deep understanding of energy storage systems, energy management solutions, and their business models. 6.Strong self-motivation and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently. 7.Fluent in English 8.Willingness to travel frequently across African.投递
