We are looking for an Executive Underwriter Team Lead handling large builder's risk for our Construction Property line of business.  This role will be based out of the Alpharetta, Georgia; Houston, Texas; or Chicago, Illinois office.

The Impact You Will Have  

Reporting to the US Head of Construction Property/NA Practice Group Leader Construction, this position will lead a team of underwriters to underwrite profitable new and renewal business to meet LoB targets regionally and/or globally. Negotiation of participation, pricing and terms and conditions for large clients. Ownership of large accounts/clients and ultimate responsibility for accounts within team. Lead and manage team, training and development of team and referral point for other underwriters. Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients.
