Your role in our mission:
- You will use SQL queries to fetch data on a daily basis
- Become a valuable member of our group. Enriching the social dynamic.
- Light project management and presentation skills required
- Be open and honest about your short-comings, competencies and experience and trust the team to help you get to a point of proficiency on all fronts
- Utilize Python, PyTorch, and our On-Prem distributed processing work station to build solutions that can crunch terabytes of data in short intervals
- Document processes and procedures using standard methodologies and tools.
- Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to identify and plan improvements (process and technology) including identifying the current process, applying best practices, and creating performance measurements.
- Develop an intimate understanding of the industry and subject matter
- Develop an intimate understanding of our products, the process flow, and the data at the nuts and bolts level
- Facilitate organizational change
- Implement, enhance, or troubleshoot database environments and existing SQL logic
What we're looking for:
- Proficiency in SQL: Ability to write and execute SQL queries to fetch and manipulate data on a daily basis, including performing table queries and data aggregation.
- Experience with Scripting Languages: Basic knowledge of scripting languages like Python, with an understanding of distributed processing environments (e.g., PyTorch, On-Prem solutions).
- Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage light project management tasks and effectively present results and updates to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement Expertise: Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, and the ability to identify, plan, and implement process and technology improvements.
- Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to openly communicate competencies, experience, and areas of growth, and work collaboratively within a team to achieve proficiency and facilitate organizational change.
What you should expect in this role:
- Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 - $104,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
