Learning and Support Associate

CircleLink Health is looking for an innovation-focused Learning and Support Associate who will onboard, orient, and support new members of our care team. You’ll work closely with members of our operations teams to remotely assist with orientation, provide internal support, and assist with initiatives to improve clinician and patient experience. The Learning and Support Associate will play a key role in ensuring early success of our new clinicians and care team members as they provide preventive health coaching to patients nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading new care team members through the onboarding/orientation process
- Providing classroom style review meetings throughout orientation process
- Assist in managing, updating, and improving our LMS & knowledge-base
- Assisting with the implementation of software redesign and new features
- Helping with other business tasks as needed (e.g: performance improvement, retention and satisfaction, etc.)

- Fluent/Native English
Education and Experience:
- 0-3+ years experience, preferably in healthcare (non-healthcare experience also considered)
- Experience in customer service, operations, and/or onboarding
- Experience in a hyper growth, start-up environment

Salary Range:
$50,000 - $60,000 based on experience
