Cleveland Clinic Florida is looking to add a Program Manager II to the team who will support the Cancer Institute in the Florida Region, which included Weston, Martin and Indian River sites. In this role, you will collaborate with Site Directors, Physicians and others to support growth initiatives, safety & quality adherence and strengthening relationships internally and externally to help the team provide the best care to our patients. This is an ideal role for an individual with a strong data analytics background who is a self-starter with the drive to accomplish projects and tasks. Because the Cancer Institute is heavily integrated into the operations aspects due to its complexities, you will be able to gain great exposure in this role, supporting your career growth.
A caregiver in this position works Monday-Friday from 8:00AM – 5:00PM. This role can be based out of Weston, Indian River or one of the Martin Health locations.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities.
Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field
Three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training
OR an Associate’s Degree and five years of experience
OR a Master’s Degree and two years of experience
Demonstrated team, leadership
