As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Lending Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Miamisburg, OH, Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within the Lending Technology team, you will work alongside developers to create functional specifications on enterprise level complex projects. In this position, you will be responsible for facilitating and leading presentations and meetings, where you will discuss business requirements and designs to ensure that they are meeting stakeholder objectives and goals.

Due to the nature of the position, we are seeking the following qualifications:
· Strong critical thinking skills
· Ability to analyze complex business needs
· Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions
· Ability to manage requirements elicitation for large scale projects
· Experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications, design models and workflow diagrams
· Experience with tools such as Oracle SQL developer / Toad
· Experience with Agile and SDLC methodologies
· Analytical and problem solving skills
· Knowledge of Credit card servicing is a plus
