About the Role

As the Senior Manager of Treasury Accounting, you will lead the accounting and financial reporting for all corporate debt instruments, supporting a rapidly scaling, fixed-asset-intensive organization. • Participate in new debt issuances, restructurings, extinguishments, amendments, and compliance certificate processes, ensuring proper technical accounting conclusions.
  • Draft debt footnote disclosures and MD&A content for SEC filings.
  • Collaborate with Fixed Assets and Operational Accounting teams on capitalized interest calculations and collateral compliance.
  • Manage 2-3 parallel cross-functional initiatives, including system implementations, process enhancements, and SOX control design and execution.
  • Partner with external auditors on all treasury-related accounting areas during quarterly reviews and annual audits.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required.
  • 8+ years of relevant financial accounting and reporting experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal control frameworks.
  • Experience in both public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and industry is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience operating at the Senior Manager level with technical depth in debt accounting.
  • Strong managerial, organizational, and project-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; capable of explaining complex accounting topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working across functions in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
