Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position): 
Assist ensemble conductor with various tasks pertaining to classroom and ensemble work. 

Transferable Skills: 
Organization, communication, diligence, formatting

Duties and Responsibilities: 
Communicate with ensemble(s) on behalf of the conductor, assist with ensemble attendance, track prospective student emails, and other administrative duties assigned by the conductor.  

Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills) 
Understanding of music ensembles.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Dependability.
Competency with Google Forms, Docs, Sheets, etc.
High ethical standards in handling communication with fellow and prospective students.
Patience and a sense of humor very helpful.
