Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice

Gloucester, Salem & Cumberland Counties

Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others? This position offers flexible, per-visit work serving clients across Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland Counties. Our main coverage area for this role will be Cumberland County.

🩺 What You’ll Do as a Hospice RN:

• Deliver palliative, end-of-life care to clients in their homes and/or senior living facilities
• Follow individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs
• Administer medications, treatments, wound care, and more
• Monitor conditions and report changes to the clinical team
• Coordinate care and services across disciplines
• Document all visits and updates using our intuitive tablet-based EMR
• Travel to client homes within the assigned territory

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Current RN license in New Jersey
• Minimum 1 year of recent, verifiable clinical experience (hospital, med-surg, etc.)
• Hospice experience is preferred 
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and travel locally
• Comfort with EMR systems

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation

• $42.00–$47.00/hour
