Job Description

Are you a data-savvy Salesforce pro with a passion for marketing operations? We're looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing team in the Americas. In this role, you’ll be a key player in improving lead management, optimizing data processes, enhancing reporting capabilities, and enabling marketing and sales teams through actionable insights and systems support.

This is a full-time role based in our Chelmsford, MA office with the ability to work from home one day a week. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate.

What will you do here as a Marketing Operations Specialist?

· Own and optimize the lead management process, ensuring data accuracy and accountability through robust reporting

· Monitor and maintain the integrity of marketing data across platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, etc.), resolving inconsistencies and filling gaps

· Lead data enrichment initiatives to support marketing and sales strategy using automation tools

· Build and automate dashboards and reports to drive data analysis and demonstrate ROI across marketing initiatives

· Establish and uphold standards, documentation, and best practices for marketing operations processes

· Train and support internal teams on new systems, dashboards, and processes

· Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales stakeholders to align system functionality with business needs

· Assist with software evaluations, integrations, and rollouts, ensuring operational readiness and adoption

· Provide governance and compliance guidance to support data and process integrity

We’d love to hear that you have:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field

· 4+ years of experience in marketing or sales operations, ideally in a B2B environment

· Proficiency or hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred)

· Intermediate to advanced Salesforce expertise (including reporting and dashboard creation)

Target Salary:

The approximate pay range for this role is $88,000-98,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
