Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to patients in their home environments, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with daily activities.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to deliver personalized, compassionate care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to care plans.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with patients, offering emotional and physical support.

Qualifications:

• Current unencumbered LPN license in the state of Florida
• Minimum one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse in a supervised setting within the last three (3) years
• Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience including any specialty areas
• In compliance with state and Federal regulations
