ProSidian Seeks a Hydraulic Modeler | Utility Network Modeling & Simulation [PCBOCC0020019] for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Technical Element located CONUS - Pasco County Across The South East Region supporting Pasco County in enhancing performance, resilience, and sustainability of its water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems through comprehensive engineering, planning, environmental, and digital transformation services..
Seeking Hydraulic Modeler candidates with relevant Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Clients such as PCBOCC. This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Utility Network Modeling & Simulation Functional Area Professional - Planning, Permitting, and Project Management Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.
JOB OVERVIEW
Provide services and support as a Planning, Permitting, and Project Management (Hydraulic Modeler ) in the Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Industry Sector focussing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (PCBOCC) | Pasco County Utilities Generally Located In CONUS - Pasco County and across the South East Region (Of Country/World).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Hydraulic Modeler | Utility Network Modeling & Simulation [PCBOCC0020019]
Build and maintain water, wastewater, and stormwater hydraulic models.; Support master planning, infrastructure sizing, and operational optimization through simulation.; Analyze flow, pressure, and quality data for current and future scenarios.
Qualifications
Desired Qualifications For Hydraulic Modeler | Utility Network Modeling & Simulation [PCBOCC0020019] (PCBOCC0020019) Candidates:
- Bachelor’s in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in utility hydraulic modeling and system planning.
Skills Required
- EPANET, InfoWater, SewerGEMS, GIS integration, flow monitoring analytics.
Competencies Required
- Analytical rigor, model calibration, scenario planning, system evaluation.
Ancillary Details Of The Roles
- Contribute to groundwater recharge and reclaimed water reuse feasibility studies.
- Assist with emergency planning through peak and drought condition simulations.
Other Details
- Works closely with planning, permitting, and asset management groups.
