Senior Manager, Global Campaigns - Pillar Campaigns
Bentley SystemsAbout the role
Location: Hybrid, Denver, CO
Position Summary:
Bentley Systems is building a world-class Global Campaigns function to drive integrated, full-funnel campaigns across its strategic growth priorities. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Global Campaigns to help lead that build.
This is a role for a seasoned campaign strategist who thinks like a growth marketer, someone who understands the full funnel from awareness to pipeline, obsesses over what moves the needle, and orchestrates multi-channel campaigns across all marketing channels. You own campaigns from brief to retrospective, bring data-driven thinking to every decision, and know how to hold a cross-functional team accountable without micromanaging it.
We are actively building AI-powered workflows into how we run campaigns, using agents to accelerate copy production, automate reporting, and streamline coordination. We want someone genuinely curious about what can be automated and interested in helping maintain and evolve those systems. We are in build mode the right person is comfortable being hands-on while the team scales.
Responsibilities
Pillar Campaign Strategy & Performance
-
Leads our flagship, pillar-level campaigns end-to-end, big idea and positioning, message architecture, content and channel strategy, gate reviews, launch, in-flight optimization, and retrospective.
-
Develop competitive positioning and narrative frameworks that differentiate us clearly in market, grounded in a sharp point of view on where the category is headed.
-
Define the message pillar structure and content tiering for each flagship campaign, ensuring a clear line from top-level narrative down to channel-specific execution.
-
Own the hub/landing page architecture and core campaign narrative for flagship initiatives, partnering with Web/Optimization
-
Design and evolve webinar and nurture programs that sustain a pillar campaign's narrative across a multi-quarter arc, not just a single launch moment.
-
Owns the ongoing optimization and growth agenda, revisiting positioning and message performance, identifying what's resonating, and scaling what's working rather than treating strategy as a one-time deliverable.
-
Bring a test-and-learn mindset, propose hypotheses, design A/B tests, and make data-driven optimization decisions in-flight.
-
Own performance reviews and biweekly optimization meetings with channel teams, analyze KPIs, propose pivots, drive decisions.
-
Build performance narratives for leadership, translating data into clear stories about what's working and what we're doing about it.
-
Connect campaign activity to business outcomes, pipeline contribution, closed-won, conversion rates, and awareness metrics, not just channel metrics.
-
Contribute to the evolution of our targeting strategy, including more precision-oriented approaches (e.g., named account or segment-based programs) as the function matures.
Cross-Functional Orchestration & Playbooks
-
Create global campaign playbooks for field marketing teams to localize and activate in their regions.
-
Lead campaign kickoffs and gate reviews, serving as the primary interface with key marketing stakeholders to coordinate inputs, manage review cycles, and keep everyone aligned.
-
Act as the strategic connective tissue across the marketing organization, ensuring campaigns reinforce a cohesive, unified marketing strategy
-
Partner closely with regional field marketing teams (AMER, EMEA, APAC) to ensure global campaigns are effectively localized and activated in-market, serving as a two-way channel between global strategy and regional execution.
AI & Automation
-
Actively explore how AI tools and agents can improve campaign workflows, copy production, reporting, asset coordination, and briefing.
-
Help maintain and iterate on AI agents
