Warehouse Lead

We are looking for a Warehouse Lead for our White City location, offering a competitive wage and great benefits!  Responsibilities include:

Main Functions

• Oversee the warehouse team.
• Find new and inventive ways to organize and optimize workflow.
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure safety within the warehouse department
• Monitor inbound and outbound material to ensure adequate inventory levels
• Ensure proper products are being shipped to customers
• Maintain an uplifting and positive work environment
• Coordinate and run monthly safety meetings
• Manage monthly inventory count
• Ensure the warehouse floor is clean and clear of debris. Trash is taken out on a consistent basis.
• Ensure products are properly stored and organized keeping like products together.
• Work with office staff to make sure IsoClean program is kept up on.
• Effectively update office and manager with any changes or warehouse needs.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a warehouse or like setting
• Knowledge of warehouse operations
• Product knowledge of Lubricants preferred but not required
• Class C Driver’s license required
• Class A or B preferred but not required
• 1+ year Forklift experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift heavy material

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed while standing, sitting, and walking.
• Communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing.
• Use hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Will bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach.
• Will lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights up to 25 pounds.

Travel

• Less than 10%
