Senior Program Manager

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to plan, strategize, and implement high impact program initiatives by collaborating with cross functional teams and project leaders. As a technical leader, will be responsible to take full ownership to resolve conflicts, manage changes in priorities, and maximize efficiency across various programs. This role will define, maintain, and execute program management tools and processes. Drives cross functional alignment, ensuring partnerships are built and maintained with internal and external groups. Ultimately, this dedicated individual is motivated by a strong desire to optimize productivity and cultivate program success from concept to production. 

You will:

• Work across functional teams to develop program requirements and development plans. 
• Drive project execution from start to completion utilizing program management tools. 
• Propose creative solutions to resolve project bottlenecks and reduce risks. 
• Exercise independent judgment in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions. 
• Escalate critical issues swiftly to management to resolve program problems in real time. 
• Coordinate working sessions to review program status, escalate issues, and drive decisions. 
• Develop program management processes, workflows, key performance metrics. 
• Create workflows and report metrics with online reporting program management tools. 
• Triage reported issues to make sure they are properly assigned and progressing to resolution. 

Ideally, you’ll have:

• BS or MS with 15 years of related experience 
• Experience in the semiconductor industry, microprocessor experience preferred. 
• Ability to automate program management tools resulting in efficient workflow; from business plans to bottoms-up engineering plans, to executive fill project plans 
• Ability to write and create detailed implementation plans and schedules. 
• Ability to filter project complexity to the appropriate level of detail depending upon the audience. 
• Ability to show data with the best dashboard or diagram to enable swift decision making. 
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methods and tools.
• Ability to work across teams, build trust, and drive collaborative problem solving. 
• Financial acumen so you can perform appropriate budget management and drive common sense decision making with the financial and business management teams. 
• Strong sense of customer service and the ability to manage customer expectations. 
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and Jira and Confluence. 

A plus if you have:

• Digital Semiconductor IP design, verification, validation, or software development experience and executive reporting. 
• Knowledge of CPU architectures, compilers, and software development tools. 
• Automotive functional ISO 26262 safety and security experience.
