Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Manages the finance workshop, finance lunch seminar and banking workshop. This includes catering orders, hotel arrangements for speakers, organizing meeting schedules, and logistics the day of the event.
- Assists the Director of Research Systems and Development with tasks related to the hiring process of the research professionals.
- Updates the FMC website.
- Assists with the managing of all data acquisitions for the Center and supports tracking data renewals.
- Maintains the FMC project database.
- Collects and compiles information for the FMC Annual Report.
- Processes reimbursements for workshop and conference speakers and FMC visitors.
- Assists with logistics for academic conferences, including maintaining registrations and schedules, and working the day of the event.
- Manages office supplies and inventory.
- Performs some routine and complex assignments for the unit usually in the areas of finance, event planning or support services. Initiate the hiring process of students and staff for a unit, which includes the processing of payroll.
- Researches and analyzes data to create reports, and may create other reports for grants and contracts.
- Performs other related work as needed.

- A minimum two years of administrative and operations experience.
- Event and program management experience.
Technical Skills or Knowledge:
