About the role

Location: McLean, VA

 Overview: IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company with an immediate opening for an experienced analyst to support a federal law enforcement client’s Counterterrorism program. The analyst will provide terrorist related threat and suspicious activity information to stakeholders by expeditiously disseminating the information throughout the US Intelligence Community (USIC). The analyst will perform in-depth research to provide an overview of threat information and conduct trend/pattern analysis to assist the client in preventing terrorist attacks.

 Clearance:  

Active TS/SCI Eligibility.  Candidate must have the ability to successfully complete a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examination if successful CI Poly has not been recorded within the past five years. 

 Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Move data from one enclave to another and to then follow a lengthy process to run information batching reports. 
  • Review multiple documents and formulate concise responses. 
  • Perform in-depth research to provide an overview of threat information. 
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, in order to tactfully and persuasively advise and guide executive management relative to a variety of issues which can be delicate in nature; make presentations; and prepare complete, clear, and concise formal and informal reports, correspondence, briefings, charts, tables, and graphs that are distributed. 
  • Ensuring field offices are meeting their threat measures and baseline collections per policy guides and Electronic Communication guidance. 
  • Keep collaboration and ongoing dialogue among operational sections and the field 
  • Facilitate transparent and impactful evaluation processes between the field office and HQ to ensure mutual accountability. 

  Required Qualifications:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or national security or higher from an accredited college or university. Four (4) years of experience may be substituted for degree.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications to include Access and Outlook.
  • skill in following procedures and paying attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated oral communication and interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated written communication skills sufficient to explain actions taken and how recommendations were derived.
