Field Service Technician – USA

Your responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair snowmaking systems
• Provide on-site and off-site technical support to customers
• Serve as the primary contact for customers on technical matters
• Commission snowmaking systems
• Support or lead customer training
• Perform other service-related duties as assigned
• Travel regularly within the assigned territory and elsewhere as needed
• Primary territory: Rockies and Intermountain West; other areas as assigned

Our requirements

• Relevant technical or service experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Flexibility in working hours, particularly during the winter season
• Willingness to travel regularly, including occasional international travel for training or customer support
• Customer-focused approach and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in demanding field conditions
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check
