Overview of the Role

The Finance & Strategy (F&S) team serves as a trusted advisor to the business to help inform and guide decision-making through business partner support and insightful analyses.

We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst/Finance Manager within the F&S Corporate Bookings team to lead bookings/topline business insights, reporting & analysis. The F&S Corporate Bookings team is part of the F&S Global Revenue, Bookings and M&A org that partners cross-functionally to help drive topline growth agenda for the organization.

You will be in a high-visibility, high-impact role and help provide analytical thought leadership with a strong business acumen. The ideal candidate would be a data-driven, forward-thinking, results oriented individual who has a bias for action and thrives in fast-paced environments!

Responsibilities

  • Provide insightful analysis & reporting that helps drive line of sight into corporate bookings/topline growth.

  • Develop analytical and PxQ frames, synthesize business insights and build the narrative for senior executives.

  • Support investor relations processes, including quarterly earnings, investor day, etc.

  • Drive/own finance rhythm of business activities including Monthly/Quarterly close, fiscal year planning, etc.

  • Design, build and/or manage corporate metrics/key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Build trusted relationships with key business partners, gaining an understanding of relevant business drivers to own and lead metrics & business performance analysis.

  • Use in-depth understanding of data and processes to drive improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in financial/business analysis or finance or related field

  • Bachelors' Degree or equivalent relevant experience required in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or related quantitative field. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Business Administration/MBA in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics or related quantitative field.

  • Advanced financial/business analysis skills, with a proven experience in developing complex analysis/financial models, synthesizing business insights, building/managing corporate metrics and forecasting/planning.

  • Financial/business analysis experience in SaaS/cloud/high-tech company.

  • Topline/Revenue analysis & planning experience.

  • Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking & logical reasoning skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems & simplify, develop hypotheses, and present well-supported solutions.

  • Proven ability to influence & impact without authority, partner with cross-functional teams, operate in ambiguity, combined with the ability to adapt to change quickly.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to manage interdependencies on other company processes to meet work deadlines.

  • Self-motivated and a sense of urgency.

  • Detail oriented, data driven and comfortable working with complex datasets.

  • Proficient technical skills (Excel, SQL and Tableau). *LI-Y
