About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for professional collaboration with internal and external team members to ensure timely and accurate execution of promotional contracts including the reconciliation of information across various systems. 

  • Track and monitor the administration of contracts drafted by broker and sales team, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Assist with inquiries, providing exceptional customer service by resolving issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. The ability to act as a resource to broker/BDM’s for retailer portals/platforms.
  • Provide portal support, assisting with credentialing, set-up, security, and maintenance of customer portal requirements. 
  • Accountable for the reconciliation of information across various systems and platforms.
  • Assist in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), training material and process flows. Provide training and guidance to cross functional team members.
  • Continuously assess, refine, and recommend areas of improvement to ensure effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to create ad hoc reporting to measure performance metrics. 
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience in sales support or sales administration is highly desirable. Additional areas of experience: Data Analysis, Reporting, Process Improvement.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience working with Visio or comparable process flowcharts. Experience in Oracle (ERP) and Tableau (visual analytics) is a plus. 
  • Excellent organizational skills coupled with strong communication and negotiation skills.  Accurate and effective problem solving/analytical skills.  A strong eye for detail. Possess skills to handle stress, negotiate, and manage conflict.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and determine priorities.  Must be flexible, adaptable, proactive, and able to respond quickly to departmental demands. Ability to work well within a close-knit team environment and collaborate in a cross-functional work environment.
