Company Description
As the Brand Marketing Graduate, you will support Consumer Collecting and Collegiate Marketing focusing on how Red Bull comes to life in front of the consumer. Reporting to the Director of Consumer Collecting, you will focus on the development of our collegiate marketing program and student marketing initiatives to help us win the entry point collegiate consumer (ages 18-24). You will support global student marketing projects and help bring our trial driving and collegiate marketing strategy to life while getting to know the entry-point consumer and providing research to advise business planning.
Job Description
NATIONAL COLLEGIATE MARKETING
Support national activations and events (e.g. Collegiate Campaigns, Red Bull Basement), sharing best practices on how to bring the brand to life in the field
Work with regional teams, strengthening execution standards and driving excitement around activations
Help create execution guides for activations and events
Help with national student projects like the Red Bull Gaming Hub tour and "Red Bull Basement," coordinating with external production partners and event teams
Establish and measure success of student projects, providing recaps to leaders and regional teams
NATIONAL CONSUMER COLLECTING & TRIAL DRIVING PROGRAM
Help create resources for regional teams to use to grow excitement around our activations
Collaborate with agency partners to generate new ideas, research, and assets
Shadow Student Marketeers and other groups of entry-point consumers to better understand their sentiment around the product and brand
Participate in business planning process, with a dedicated focus on building plans centered around the entry-point consumer
Source key partners (i.e. GoPuff, Chegg, DashMart) to help bring the brand to life and on campus
NATIONAL STUDENT MARKETEER PROGRAM
Help design Student Marketeer trainings to ensure successful marketing execution
Work with Sales and Marketing teams to create professional development opportunities for Student Marketeers
Help grow the Student Marketeer social media strategy
Identify main motivators for candidates to apply to the Student Marketeer Program and explore areas of opportunity to enhance recruitment processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (completed by June 24, 2024)
Excellence in academic pursuits
A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Fluent in English (written, spoken); additional languages considered a plus
Additional Information
The salary for this position is $67,000
