Working in an international work environment is your passion?</p> <p>Then apply at Hager Group!</p> <p>We are currently looking for a permanent postion of Manufacturing Logistic Senior Manager m/f located close to one of our manufacturing sites in Europe.</p> <p> </p> <p>This role will help on Group Manufacturing level to design, implement and monitor the S&amp;OP process linked to manufacturing activities from scheduling to internal warehouse management for factories.</p> <p>You will act as the global process owner for scheduling by designing, implementing and monitoring the production scheduling roadmap in alignment with HPS 2.0 Program.</p> <p> </p> <p>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Define and deploy standard process needed in manufacturing to support the end to end new S&amp;OP especially the alignment on capacity evaluation, factory volume forecasts, flexibility management &amp; the respect of the manufacturing contract .</p> </li> <li> <p>Specify, evaluate and implement the IT tool in line with the global Supply chain control tower</p> </li> <li> <p>Responsible to define and monitor the group Manufacturing S&amp;OP KPIs like PPC or volume contract</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage the overall components and subsets warehouse strategy in alignment with the GPO internal logistics.</p> </li> <li> <p>Define and deploy standard process, tools and training aligned with potential other functions and with the support of a cross functional/cross site  team.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure continuous improvement of process and tools (included digital solution), collect and validate the local requests of process improvement.</p> </li> <li> <p>Define standard master data of the process, and validate quality level per factory</p> </li> <li> <p>Audit maturity per factory: check the gap with the global process &amp; define next steps with local key users.</p> </li> <li> <p>Animate Process community: participate to the recruitment and the evaluation of the manufacturing logistics manager; train the key users on the process and communicate all new S&amp;OP process and requests.</p> </li> <li> <p>Apply and enforce the rules regarding Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy usages of the area.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Degree in engineering with 10+ years’ experience in scheduling, supply chain, logistics and productions functions</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience working in a reactive, complex, international and transversal environment,</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge on ISO 9001, 14000 &amp; 18000 environment,</p> </li> <li> <p>Lean management certification</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge on SAP including SAP -IBP environment</p> </li> <li> <p>Flexibility for business travel (50%)</p> </li> <li> <p>English fluent, French would be a plus</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Our offer <br/> You can expect a position with responsibility and variety in an international and innovative environment and motivated team.
