🎧 What You’ll Be Doing:

Rock the mic and lead SPENGA’s signature sessions with energy and confidence.
Complete our in-house training + SPENGA certification (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes—and the bike, and the dumbbells, and the yoga mat).
Be part of the member journey—from intro session to long-term fan.
Join in on marketing events, Instagram moments, and studio fun. Yes, you might need to smile for the ‘gram.
Be a positive presence in the studio. We’re a team here—no egos, no drama.
Help people move better, feel stronger, and leave class feeling like superheroes.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

Experience teaching Spin, Strength, or Yoga is a HUGE plus—but not required!
You're willing to complete SPENGA's internal certification program.
You’re confident, coachable, and don’t mind sweating in front of a crowd.
You’re reliable, upbeat, and fun to be around.
You care about people, not just reps.
You're cool being on camera or promoting our awesome studio on social media.

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

SPENGA stands for spin + strength + yoga, and we combine all 3 into one 60-minute workout. With 50+ studios running and 250+ territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams.
