SERVPRO – Colorado Springs is an industry leading water, mold, and large loss fire restoration company. We are one of a select few members of the SERVPRO Global Disaster Recovery Team Program, singling us out as one the largest producers of commercial damage restoration in the country and worldwide.

The Warehouse Manager facilitates the repair of our water damage equipment, and completes simple maintenance on our vehicles (washing, oil changes, spark plug replacement, etc.) The Warehouse Supervisor is also in charge of our inventory, ensuring the proper amount of necessary equipment and consumables. An ideal candidate will have warehouse supervisory experience.

Pay Rate: $23-$26 an hour.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and enforce check lists for truck supplies.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure properly stocked, clean box trucks.
• Perform basic maintenance on all box trucks to ensure great condition.
• Inventory and order all damage restoration equipment and consumables.
• Schedule and drop off vehicles for repair.
• Learn how to perform basic maintenance on damage restoration equipment (manuals are included).
• Maintain an organized and cataloged warehouse.
• Clean vehicles and warehouse space.
• Perform basic building and landscape maintenance to ensure a professional building appearance.
• Manage all shipping and receiving to ensure all purchases arrive in full.

  POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years in Management or Supervisory Experience.
• Prior Warehouse Management Experience preferred.
• Mechanical Maintenance background required.
• Strong Reading Comprehension (for reading manuals to diagnose and repair industry specific equipment).
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (for tracking expenses and inventories).
• Highly Self Motivated.
• Solid Organization and Planning capabilities.
• Strong Attention to Detail.
• Ability to negotiate prices with vendors.
• Capability to work alone or in a team.
