We add value by supporting Nordea Group's executive management and business areas with timely and high-quality ESG risk management methodologies, analysis, and process oversight, including on climate change and biodiversity loss topics. As a Senior Risk Expert you’ll play a valuable role in maintaining and supporting enhancement aspects of these activities according to your experience and profile.</p> <p> </p> <p>Key areas where you could create value:</p> <p> </p> <p>Integration of ESG risk analysis to the credit risk management and capital assessment frameworks:</p> <ul> <li>Develop risk measurement approaches for identifying and managing ESG-related credit risks</li> <li>Develop credit assessment, rating and collateral valuation processes to embed ESG</li> <li>Enhance internal credit risk capital requirement methodologies covering ESG</li> <li>Support and oversee business in the implementation of ESG considerations to credit risk management processes</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Development of ESG data, methodologies and oversight:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and support technical solutions for ESG-related risk identification, analysis, management, monitoring, and reporting, incl. for risk appetite</li> <li>Be able to independently engage key stakeholders, harvest data or manage a project depending on the role</li> <li>Operate and provide oversight to key risk metrics, their management and implementation in the context of assessing risk materiality and limits, e.g. on biodiversity loss or human rights risks</li> <li>Oversee and control risk management processes and tools, with a strong understanding of credit risk and prudential regulations</li> <li>Support delivery and maintenance of our existing tools, through coding knowledge such as SAS, SQL and Power BI platforms You’ll join one of two closely linked and dynamic Nordic teams, which together drive the development of Nordea Group's ESG-related analysis and business intelligence tools to support our executive management and wider organization.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The role can be based in Finland, Poland, Denmark or Sweden.</p> <p><br/> Who you are<br/> <br/> Collaboration.
