Warehouse Assistant - Material Handler

Location: Chandler, AZ

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant - Material Handler to join our team! This role involves handling day-to-day warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting products. Additionally, responsibilities include shipping, receiving, and inventory control tasks, all carried out under supervision and established guidelines.

What you will be doing: (1st shift)

·         Prepares and processes orders by pulling materials, packing boxes, and organizing delivery items in the designated area

·         Safely operates forklifts or other machinery to load, unload, sort, stage, and transport products while adhering to Linde's safety procedures and encouraging others to do the same

·         Maintains a clean and organized work environment by keeping areas free of trash and ensuring products are stored in their correct locations

·         Provides outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders by maintaining attention to detail, completing tasks on time

·         Directs non-standard issues and customer inquiries to senior warehouse personnel

·         Interacts with shipping companies, purchasing teams, customer service, and branch management

·         Performs other duties as assigned

What makes you great:

·         High School Degree or G.E.D. is required

·         3+ years of warehouse experience is preferred

·         Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly

·         Gas Industry experience is a plus

·         Forklift experience preferred
