THE OPPORTUNITY

AI Automation Engineering Intern

This position is on the IT Operations team focusing on developing automated AI solutions. The individual will have hands-on experience in developing and implementing AI-powered automation solutions using various scripting languages and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in programming and a keen interest in artificial intelligence and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

§  Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Python to streamline IT Operations.

§  Assist in integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with existing systems to enhance automation capabilities.

§  Create and implement REST API endpoints for systems integrations and data exchange.

§  Support the development and maintenance of ServiceNow workflows and automated processes.

§  Collaborate with the IT and Cybersecurity teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.

§  Document automated processes and maintain technical documentation.
