We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to support our marketing and events team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys engaging with people, and has a keen eye for event logistics and promotional tactics.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and campaigns
Support setup and breakdown of event spaces
Represent client brands professionally at public and private events
Monitor and track event performance and gather customer feedback
Distribute promotional materials and manage product displays
Maintain effective communication with team members and event partners
Ensure brand consistency across all promotional activities
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred)
1–2 years of experience in event marketing, customer service, or promotions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Ability to lift and transport materials for event setup
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
