The focus is on developing business plans, forecasts, simulations, and strategic material that supports decision-making at the highest levels. Working closely with senior leaders, the role contributes to the board, GEM, and management team presentations, ensuring our financial storytelling is clear, relevant, and impactful.</p><p></p><p>You help drive standardization and automation across financial processes, making the function more agile and efficient. By adding new perspectives to performance reviews – such as customer insights, product mix, and subscription models – you support a more holistic view of the business. As Intelligent Manufacturing continues to grow as a standalone business area, your work ensures our financial output remains professional, consistent, and aligned with strategic goals.</p><p></p><p>The location for this position is Stockholm.</p><p></p><p><b>About you</b></p><p>We’re looking for an Excel expert with experience in OneStream. You’re skilled at crafting clear, compelling presentations and decision-making materials that support strategic discussions and drive informed actions. Your background and knowledge have given you the tools needed to independently drive and develop business plans, board-, GEM-, and management team materials, forecasts, simulations and business cases. Acting in a truly global environment calls for excellent skills in English, verbally and in writing.</p><p></p><p>You’re a driven and analytical team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and creating good relationships – perfect assets for motivating groups. Your pedagogical skills enable you to share knowledge effectively and you’re comfortable in making decisions and driving change. You excel at creating structure and following up on actions, and you have an enthusiastic and consultative approach.
