The Goddard School® located at 505 Preakness Way Delaware, OH 43015 is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Resource Teacher to join our team! At our School, we put our teachers first because they put our students first.  As a Resource Teacher, you will collaborate with Lead and Assistant Teachers to implement engaging educational programs and activities. This pivotal role includes classroom support, enhanced curriculum delivery and adapting dynamically to meet the evolving educational needs of our school community.  Nurture your growth. • Prepare and serve snacks and lunches following daily schedules and licensing guidelines
• Ensure all food handling and kitchen sanitation meet ODJFS and health department standards
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and manage inventory
• Accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions in coordination with classroom teachers
• Support school-wide events and occasional light cleaning or assistance as needed
• Manage the Curriculum Inventory

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Empathy and compassion for young children
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, children and families
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 
• Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements
• Previous experience in food service, kitchen work, or childcare preferred (not required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Must pass required background checks and meet ODJFS requirements
