Job Description

• Acts as senior controller, whose daily work is supported by experienced controllers
• Coordinate month-end closing activities
• Consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial report 
• Supporting effective business decisions by presenting financial performance & suggesting improvement measures in order to reach targets
• Coordinate monthly forecasting and yearly budgeting in cooperation with other departments
• Keep in hand the process development and process automation initiatives
• Drive the development of existing KPI reports by using modern self-service BI tools (e.g. Power BI)

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Finance or Economy
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience
• Fundamental understanding of key controlling and reporting processes
• Solid MS Excel knowledge & good knowledge in MS Office
• Process Automation & process development mindset
• Knowledge & engagement with BI solutions
• Excellent communication skills, being fluent in English  (German is a strong advantage)
• Good analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
