And a functioning player support service, with global capability and flexible supply, is key to this.<strong> Your mission will be to assist the players and handle game-related questions to help them make the best of their gaming experience!</strong></p><h3><br/></h3><h3>What will you be doing in this role?</h3><ul> <li> <strong>Providing gamers with an</strong> <strong>excellent customer support experience</strong>, helping them with problems they run across while playing and answering their queries about games.</li> <li> <strong>Using your investigation skills</strong>, respond to players' inquiries submitted through a ticketing system.</li> <li> <strong>Supporting</strong> players through e-mail and / or chat. <strong>No phone calls, don’t worry!</strong> </li> <li> <strong>Collaborating</strong> with our internal teams with project-related requests. You’ll have the chance to provide the client's development team with valuable feedback and insights from the players' perspective to improve the game itself. </li> <li>Playing video games is not a requirement for this job. But if you do enjoy them in your free time, we would love to hear about it. </li> </ul><p><br/></p><h3>This position might be a good fit for you if:</h3> <ul> <li> <strong>You are fluent in Vietnamese.</strong> C1-C2 Vietnamese mastery would be the best, with an emphasis on <strong>written communication skills.</strong> </li> <li> <strong>You feel comfortable using English on a daily basis.</strong> Keywords is an international and multilingual company, so English will be the everyday language for communication with your colleagues.</li> <li><strong>You are based in Romania.</strong></li> <li>You know your way around either MS Office or Google Suite apps.</li> <li>You are available to <strong>work full-time, 5 days a week</strong> which may include <strong>weekend-days</strong> (Saturday and/or Sunday) as well as shifts availability.</li> </ul><
