The Challenge:

Are you ready to take the next step in your real estate career? Take-Two Interactive Software is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead our world-class workplace operations team in New York, NY. As the Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our workspaces are exceptionally maintained and seamlessly operating to support our goals. This role reports to the Director of Workplace for North America.

What You’ll Take On:

  • Responsible for all daily operations of our workplace and facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize workplace efficiency and create an exceptional employee experience.
  • Direct team to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality service.
  • Establish and assure adherence to project budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate space planning, moves, renovation, and repairs.
  • Build long-term relationships with local leadership, key stakeholders, landlords and property managers.
  • Oversee regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage teams and plan performance measurements to meet organizational goals.
  • Arrange formal training and experiences to foster team cohesion, learning, and development.
  • Manage service requests ensuring prompt and customer-focused resolutions.
  • Partner with the Global Physical Security team to lead onsite emergency response procedures and provide support for business continuity

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in corporate services, hospitality, and/or facilities operations.
  • 6+ years’ leadership level workplace and facilities management experience.
  • People management experience is required.
  • Proficient to advanced knowledge of G-Suite, Outlook, ServiceNow, Slack, Monday.com [or other project management software].

  • Professional certifications: CFM, CMRP, FMP, SFP, PMP, LEED, etc.

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $117,800 and $175,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business
