Delta Community Supports is seeking a dynamic, accomplished and skilled Human Resource Services Manager who will plan, lead, direct, develop and coordinate the policies, activities and staff of the Human Resources (HR) Department while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and the implementation of the organization’s mission and strategies. This proven Manager will monitor and ensure the organization’s daily compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommends best practices.
Requiring strong analytical and executive level abilities, this self-motivated Human Resource Services Manager will lead and facilitate the employee relations’ program and will be responsible to develop and pursue creative new goals and objectives to enhance employee relations plus research and analyze organizational trends.
This key roll supports, or enforces, the daily administration of human resource programs including compensation, benefits and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition and morale; and occupational health and safety.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least four years of related experience, including three years of management experience, are required; appropriate additional experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirements.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is highly preferred. The position must pursue certification within two years.
