About the Job:

The Security Guard is responsible for the overall security of the patients, employees, and facility grounds, routinely monitoring all persons and/or vehicles entering or leaving facility property. Primary duties include patrolling buildings and grounds of the hospital to prevent fires, theft, vandalism, and harm caused by others.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Do you have a passion for keeping people safe and maintaining order? We’re looking for a Security Guard to help protect our patients, staff, and visitors while creating a welcoming and secure environment at our facility.

What You’ll Do

✔ Greet and monitor everyone entering and leaving the property
✔ Conduct regular facility and parking lot patrols
✔ Verify IDs and control access to restricted areas
✔ Assist during emergencies and guide first responders
✔ Respond to incidents and help maintain a safe, professional atmosphere
✔ Report any suspicious activity, equipment issues, or safety concerns

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years’ experience in security, corrections, or military (preferred)

• Valid state driver’s license in good standing

• Strong communication and observation skills

• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
