About the role

The Recruitment Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing recruitment marketing strategies to attract talent and enhance the employer brand. This role involves close collaboration with Talent Acquisition (TA) and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and branding initiatives.

Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) oversees Tiffany & Co.’s talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we have the processes, policies, tools, and resources to attract top talent now and for the future. The team creates an inclusive candidate experience, cultivating brand engagement and solidifying Tiffany as an employer of choice.

This role requires a strategic and creative thinker with strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and an understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, creative and capable of staying ahead of industry trends to effectively attract and engage talent.

 

Location: This position is in-person with a hybrid schedule at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

Recruitment Marketing Campaigns

  • Develop recruitment marketing and social media briefs based on global, regional and business needs. Ensure alignment with organizational goals, our Brand Purpose, Client Promise and People Promise (employee value proposition) strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to further engage followers on our social pages and create strategies for branding and implementation
  • Think creatively about employer branding approach to impact key business initiatives and TA focus areas.
  • Primary liaison between GTA and Global Marketing teams for all Talent Acquisition (TA) related initiatives. Represent TA briefs at Global Marketing forums - articulating objectives, creative considerations, and addressing questions to foster alignment, collaboration and timely delivery.
  • Partner with the TA teams to understand current hiring needs and create targeted marketing strategies for special talent segments and programmatic needs, such as internship, retail store openings, seasonal hiring, etc.
  • Partner with Marketing to align employer branding initiatives with brand platform and current brand marketing campaigns.
  • Create and maintain a suite of compelling job advertisements and toolkits for talent attraction.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead project management and project coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners – including but not limited to video production, photoshoots, asset creations, etc. 
  • Stay current with recruitment marketing and industry trends, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive advantage in attracting top talent.

 

External Company Pages

  • Inform and create engaging content for use across global Tiffany platforms and careers pages - TiffanyCareers.com, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Business of Fashion, etc.
  • Partner with regional teams to ensure consistent employer branding for local partnerships (WeChat, Seek, etc.).
  • Ensure messaging and key elements of the Brand Purpose, Client Promise and People Promise are represented in recruitment marketing materials and external pages (images, copy).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather employee stories and testimonials to showcase the work environment and company culture.

 

Employer Branding for Events

  • Partner with Early Careers, HR and Marketing teams to identify appropriate collateral for recruitment events. 
  • Support employer branding initiatives for retail programs and early career attraction initiatives to foster talent growth and development within the organization.

 

Project Management and Administration:

  • Participate in ad hoc projects supporting GTA operations and global strategy.

 

The hiring range for this position ranges from $77,010 - $90,600. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms / recruitment platforms
  • Previous Talent Acquisition Project Management experience
  • In-depth understanding of Talent Acquisition trends and best practices
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and employer brand development
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced e
