Division Merchandise Manager, Our Brands

Direct and oversee the development of processes and activities for the Apparel department. Assume accountability for the Apparel department, �Our Brand� and financial performance for the department, including enterprise sales, gross margin and turnover. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
- Provide a global vision and strategy for the company's Apparel �Our Brands� products, including their look, feel and merchandising presentation
- Manage the development of a proper fit standard for ready-to-wear, men's and children's categories
- Direct and establish seasonal development calendars
- Approve final technical packages for Corporate Brand seasonal apparel negotiation processes
- Establish 3, 5 and 10 year �Our Brand� strategic sales plans to support long term financial and strategic plans for the general merchandising group
- Create budgets for all development expenses
- Identify direct import opportunities for �Our Brand� and drive a profitable conversion rate that maintains an optimum financial corporate brand mix of goods as a percentage of total category
- Direct the management of the Apparel departments non-disclosure agreements with corporate brand vendor partners
- Develop period, quarterly and annual sales/profitability reports for �Our Brand� products and identify sales opportunities for coming quarters
- Identify and drive creative merchandising solutions for �Our Brand� products that are tailored to multiple channel store formats
- Support Apparel department development teams to ensure division leadership is providing proper associate training pertaining to enterprise safety, social and environmental initiatives and policies
- Oversee seasonal logistic performance reviews with international and domestic logistics teams
- Travel to domestic and international markets, focusing on the vendor matrix to meet the needs of enterprise initiatives

Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree business, merchandising or a related field
- 6+ years business, merchandising or a related field
- Experience with United States customs policies and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience with consumer product safety commission testing requirements and test report analysis
