Our Digital Identity Team sits within Cyber and Technology & Transformation, one of the fastest growing practices in Deloitte.

As a team member of our Digital Identity Team, you provide expert advice to a wide range of well-established clients on Enterprise, Customer, or Citizen Identity & Access Management (IAM) challenges. IAM is about unlocking the right resources, for the right people, at the right time and for the right reasons.

We help our clients during their Digital Identity-related transformation initiatives, from defining a vision, strategy, governance, and roadmap, to functional and technical design, implementation, and even management of the technical solutions.

• You have a background in computer science or engineering or a similar discipline and are eager about solving problems with an analytical mindset.

• You have an interest in IAM and its different domains such as Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management (AM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) or Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), and/or Privileged Access Management (PAM).

Desirable Skills

• A minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in software development skills (e.g., Java, Beanshell, Javascript, and/or .NET).

• Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture such as JSON, SOAP, and REST.

• Understanding of Internet technologies, specifically a knowledge of protocols such as HTTP, SSL/TLS, IPv4/v6, and XML.

• Knowledge of IAM-related standards, best-practices, and protocols, including SAML, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.

• Good communication skills – both oral and written – in English.

• Hands-on experience in the configuration and implementation of any IAM tool (such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, CyberArk, Okta, Ping, and/or Saviynt) is a plus.

• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows and/or Linux System Administration – including knowledge of Powershell and/or BASH – is a plus.

• Knowledge of directory services, meta-directories, and virtual directories such as Active Directory, LDAP, and IPA is a plus.

• Knowledge of networking (e.g., TCP/IP) is a plus.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, Specific IAM Training and/or Vendor Certifications) are a plus.
