Customer Service Representative

Gypsum Animal Hospital is looking for a bi-lingual full-time Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team!

Hourly wage: $18 - $22, depending on experience

Shift: No weekends! 4 day work week!

Our ideal candidate:

• Required: Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Is dependable, friendly, and outgoing team player

• Possesses exceptional customer service skills

• Has a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Veterinary reception experience preferred

• At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities include:

• Interacting with clients and coordinating communication between doctors, assistants, and the clients

• Providing top-notch customer service by being very attentive to client and pet needs

• Proactively schedules appointments, sets reminders, manages patient and client flow, and handles basic client complaints
