What's your day like?
As a Field Maintenance Supervisor at Sentrillion, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day management of field maintenance operations and personnel in the northern border states region. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Operations Manager, you will lead and supervise a team of Area Maintenance Technicians ensuring operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will also include managing the Nationwide Operations Resource Management System (NORMS) maintenance operations data on a daily basis. You will support field maintenance personnel with technical knowledge; provide input on software development to support these operations. What you need to be successful
Success in the role of Field Maintenance Supervisor at Sentrillion requires a diverse skill set and proficiency in various software and tools. You will need to effectively provide technical expertise to the Maintenance Operations Manager. Your ability to schedule and coordinate regional maintenance operations, is crucial by ensuring teams complete reports, logs, expense reports, and timesheets in accordance with established suspense dates and manage resources supporting a 24/7/365 help desk support center are key responsibilities. Additionally, you must report progress and issues to the Operations Maintenance Manager, interface with customers daily, and adhere to established business processes and procedures.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

BS or BA degree from an accredited institution, 4 years of experience in advanced communications, electronics, and electrical troubleshooting skills may be substituted for degree.

Must possess knowledge and have experience with the following: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Windows operating systems.

Extensive understanding of data networks, digital video cameras and recorders, fiber optics, security surveillance, and basic electronics fundamentals.

Must have a minimum of 1 year first line supervisory experience.

Able to work in outdoor environment exposed to varying high or low temperatures
- Able to travel (approximately 25% of the time) by plane to remote US locations
