• Train and manage vendor partners across multiple projects in a highly cross-functional environment.
• Drive project success metrics and timelines.
• Directly manage the day-to-day, workflows, and metrics of vendor teams responsible for data labeling efforts.
• Work with legal and become the subject matter expert for guidelines and policies.
• Partner with product teams on building out product roadmaps and signal generation/machine learning strategy.
• Scope and define strategies for robust data collection at scale, leading data labeling efforts and insight generation.
• Identify and lead opportunities to improve operational efficiencies, improve quality, and implement scalable solutions.
• Help establish team goals and work with multiple stakeholders on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and reporting results.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, or related field and 48 months of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
  Requires 48 months of experience in the following:
• 1. Industry experience in a consumer-oriented product environment, consulting, operations, or project management role
• 2. Working in highly cross-functional environments in leadership roles
• 3. Executive presence and communications
• 4. Experience with data-driven decision making and problem solving
• 5. Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, forecasting, and formulas and
• 6. Functional use of SQL to generate dashboards, reports and scenario modeling for analytical decision-making.
