Your Role and Responsibilities
This posting is for an IBM HR internship located at IBM’s headquarters in Armonk, NY. Internship dates are May 27, 2025 through August 8, 2025.

We’re looking for Human Resources (HR) Professionals that share a passion for IBM’s purpose – to be the catalyst that makes the world work better.

• Total Rewards (including Compensation, Benefits, and Recognition)

The work you do may include data analysis, design thinking, communication, program design and development, research and problem analysis, and solution implementation. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capacity to manage competing priorities with strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge in analytics and data analysis
• Ability to conduct independent research and effectively summarize information and make recommendations grounded in data and feedback

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in Human Resources
