Fred Anderson Toyota of Cape Coral is seeking an experienced Used Car Reconditioning Paint Specialist to join our growing, high-volume operation. This is a long-term opportunity for a skilled professional who takes pride in high-quality work and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Spot paint repairs, blending, and refinishing on used vehicle inventory
• Bumper repair and refinishing
• Color matching to OEM standards
• Maintain high quality and efficiency to support inventory turn goals
• Work closely with recon, service, and sales teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive paint and refinishing
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Dealership or high-volume recon experience preferred
