You’ll work hands-on with automated equipment and production systems, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and helping minimize downtime. Your work directly impacts production flow, operational efficiency, and the experience we deliver to our customers every day. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with complex systems, and being part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p> <p><strong>The details</strong></p> <ul> <li>This role is located at the <strong>SLC Lab </strong>(2595 Custer Road SLC, UT 84104)</li> <li>Start Date: ASAP</li> <li>Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 7am-7pm</li> <li>Training Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8am-6pm</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Promote a safe work environment by following all safety procedures, policies, and SOPs</li> <li>Perform preventative and reactive maintenance, calibrations, inspections, and repairs on production and optical processing equipment</li> <li>Support production operations by balancing real-time troubleshooting with preventative maintenance initiatives to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency</li> <li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and automated production systems</li> <li>Locate, diagnose, and repair equipment failures using schematics, diagrams, manuals, specifications, diagnostic tools, and technical documentation</li> <li>Install, inspect, maintain, and repair production and support equipment while ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime</li> <li>Develop a strong understanding of equipment operations, system faults, calibrations, and manufacturer technical requirements</li> <li>Communicate with equipment manufacturers, vendors, and technical support teams to resolve equipment issues whe
