Location of position: Coal Valley.
As our Engineering Manager - Escalator Technology, you will lead the Escalator Technology department at KONE Supply Chain Americas, overseeing the R&D and Product Change Management for North American escalator products. You will also focus on driving innovation, cost efficiency, and technical problem-solving while ensuring compliance with KONE policies, safety regulations, and industry standards throughout the product lifecycle.
You will bring 5+ years of progressive and successful experience of people leadership and performance management of engineering teams to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or other relevant engineering field.
Other Hiring requirements
Prior experience in company management (general, financial, stakeholder relationship, technology, operations mgt etc.)
Prior experience of management of technology and related business processes.
Prior experience of good corporate governance and management team work.
Proven ability of leading multi-functional teams
Change, financial and project management skills
Good presentation skills
