What’s unique about this role?

The Senior PAC Specialist drives process innovation and control for the Recruiting and Business Partner functions, supports key employee lifecycle logistics, and serves as a champion for consistency and accuracy across all areas of responsibility.  The Senior PAC Specialist functions as a shared service within PAC with the ability to flex to cover gaps as identified individually and by other PAC members.

What will this person do?

• Coordinates and develops end to end processes for candidates and new hires with attention to compliance, candidate experience, new hire experience, and efficiency.
• Drives for standard and efficient processes for employee lifecycle events; devises SOPs for recruiting support, new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
• Ensures new hires are equipped to use employee facing HRIS functions and are eligible to work in the U.S.
• Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting HRIS and compliance portions of Lighthouse Experience.
• Leverages data to inform changes in or creation of employee and company policies.
• Support PAC Manager team with employee terminations, processes, and projects as needed.
• Partner with PAC Operations on projects as needed (e.g. documentation, process improvement, systems testing/review)
• Updates and manages offer letters in the ATS, coordinating with Senior Director, People and Culture, Chief People Officer and or Legal for approval as needed.
• Serves as point of contact for contract employee process
• Identification and taking action on process improvement in areas of responsibility. 
• Collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders interdepartmentally related to talent acquisition, new hires, and other PAC related needs.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience with HR or Recruiting support and or complex calendar support across multiple time zones.
• Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with proven experience working independently.
• Advanced PC skills with high level of proficiency in MS Outlook and Office.
• Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to initiate work and function autonomously.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.
• Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.
• Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).
