What you'll be doing?

As an Accountant, your role will be crucial in managing and processing our financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our Accounts Payable operations:

• Accounts payable and cash (bookkeeping, accounting, payments..)
• Manage and maintain invoice files
• Cost control and analysis
• Control and reconciliation of specific accounts
• Supplier statements reconciliation
• Month-end close activities
• Support on other G/L, AR  activities
• Contact for suppliers and support for internal functions (procurement, sales, CS)
• Collaboration on external audits and internal control processes

What are we looking for?

• Academic degree related to Finance and/or accounting
• At least 4 years experience in Accounts Payable & Accounting in a multinational company
• Used to work with ERPs 
• Advanced user of Excel  (complex formulas and functions, pivot tables, macros, data analysis, modeling)
• Control and reconciliation minded
• Good level of English 
• Flexible, proactive, analytical, problem solving, strong organizational skills
• Good knowledge of the accounting rules and standards
