Job Description

Revenue Cycle Lead:

The Revenue Cycle Lead serves as a resource for staff and functions to assist supervisory staff in assigned area with workflow and day-to-day operations.

1. Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.

2. Assist supervisory staff in areas of workflow and day-to-day operations to ensure that department goals are met

3. Conduct training and mentoring sessions for new and existing staff

4. Assist employees with day-to-day questions, issues, or problems and escalate identified systemic issues to supervisor

5. Manages own assigned work queue(s)

High School Diploma/Equivalent and 4 years experience in a healthcare/revenue cycle setting with specific experience in business functions such as registration, follow up, denials, and payment posting.  Patient Financial Srvcs Specialist II Certification (through Clarivate) or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) (through HFMA)

Salary Range

$21.17 to $30.16

The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
