Senior Product Lead/ Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Product Leader or Product Manager to join our team. This role will be based in the Netherlands and will be responsible for driving the successful development and launch of innovative products in alignment with our company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate should possess a diverse skill set, including expertise in Agile methodologies, data analytics, engineering, supply chain management, and SAP integration, along with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Agile methodologies to lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of new products and enhancements to existing ones.
• Leverage data analytics to make data-driven decisions, identify market trends, and optimize product performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of product features and functionalities, considering technical feasibility and scalability.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, and continuously iterate and improve products based on user feedback and market demands.
• Oversee supply chain management and integration with SAP, ensuring efficient product distribution and delivery processes.
• Build and mentor a dynamic product team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages individual growth and team success.
• Utilize your engineering background to understand technical complexities and effectively communicate with engineering teams.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, resources, and timelines to meet project milestones and business objectives.
• Act as the product owner, defining and communicating product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and team members.

• Proven experience as a Product Leader or Product Manager, with a track record of successful product launches and management.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, applying them to drive efficient and iterative product development.
• Proficiency in data analytics, utilizing data to inform product decisions and drive improvements.
• Background in engineering, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams and understanding of technical complexities.
• Experience with supply chain management, optimizing processes, and delivering value to customers.
• Experience with SAP integration and data management within the product development process.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels and presenting product strategies effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Be based in the Netherlands.
